This is it!  The very last week of 2012.
And it was a very relaxing way to end the year.
I let go of my schedule and expectations of what I hoped to do during my break and vegged out. We stayed in and enjoyed the snow from the comfort of our blankets and spots by the fireplace while watching copious amounts of Downtown Abbey and NCIS.  My dad would come out and visit us but didn't want to overdose on European drama like we did.
We did force ourselves outdoors a few times.  We wandered about enjoying the pretty blue skies Christmas Day at Zion.  And hit up my favorite shopping spots in St. George.
When I finally drug myself out of the comforts of being home I came back where I spent more time wrapped up in a blanket with a good book and my kitty cat.
My friend Annie and I hosted a vintage holiday party and had fun dressing up and seeing old friends.

  1. Some days you just have to glory in the minute and forget about a schedule. Sounds delicious!
